McDonald's in Gerolstein

Long waiting time because only MC Drive was open. French fries and the burgers were rather warm instead of hot. The worst was my cola, yes it smelled like cola, looked like a cola, but tasted only like water. Normally it should have been brought back immediately, but thanks to all the restrictions I saved it

Fast food is unhealthy though Mc Donald's is just awesome

Good and tasty. However, the staff does not pay much attention to the fact that the corona rules are observed. Many went in without "logging in", ie filling out the data sheet. This also works in one door and not in others out. Possibly. If it would have been better to do the entrances and exits the other way around, ea many want to enter through the building entrance, but now it is the exit, the door is unnecessarily tackled. Also, during my stay of over an hour, I did not see anyone wiping the order machines or doors. High risk of infection on my part. I think that's a shame because it's actually one of the good MCs. I think the next visit will fall after Corona.

Good McDonalds in the region, with McDrive.

I already know some Mc Donald but I really can't recommend this one. Cruel, the staff speaks so quietly that you can't understand anything and then you order 3 parts and they arrive freezing cold every 4 minutes. Awful

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Absolutely incompetent staff, with every order something is missing or wrong, it takes forever and friendliness is also rare. Yesterday at the MC drive again, wanted to bring my daughter something to eat at the hospital. I ordered and paid for a burger, one nuggets and two Cesaer salads - when I got to the hospital, both salads were missing! 4 parts were ordered, how can you forget half of them ??? But of course that is also how you make money. The star is only given because otherwise you cannot give a rating.

Germany's worst mcdonalds restaurant. Without a lie, something is forgotten with every order. Plus, I've never got any fresh fries here. Sauces can be ordered however you want, they will be forgotten anyway or wrong packed. Zero stars !!!!

Unfortunately I cannot give 0 stars Sterne The MC Drive is by far the laziest of all time and then there are fries without salt, MC-Rib with a minimal amount of sauce. Thank goodness I was the 4th car when I arrived - when I left there were about 10-15 cars. My tip: tear off the curb so that you can leave the queue

Absolutely underground, rude staff. After we asked a member of staff in a friendly manner that she did not have her mouth protection on properly, the staff behind the counter blasphemed us. When we left the shop, this employee came after us and slammed the door behind us like mad; we even felt threatened. Except for the guests, nobody wore the face mask properly that evening, not according to our comment. We spoke to the shift supervisor about the colleague's aggression, who took her under protection. Then we were insulted again by this employee that she had to work there for 8 hours and then she would have to endure us there too. We ate there for around 50 € and we regret it deeply. On Monday I will call the complaint hotline and inform the health department. This behavior must have consequences.

Not great,not terrible. There is so much you can expect from a fast food chain but surprisingly coffee wasn't good and usually is in other McDonalds. Fries were tasty

Since I was there during Corona times, it is difficult to give a rating, but in general it is a well-frequented shop at certain peak times and the products are usually freshly and quickly prepared

Particularly slow service. Expect to wait longer than 30 minutes on an order.

Although there is a big onslaught because of the rainbow glass, which is surprisingly still on day 5 of the campaign, the people are friendly. The shop is very clean, very modern. Tables are regularly cleared and wiped. On the floor is nothing more than an hour, which has fallen down the customer. The order is quickly brought to the table despite the onslaught. And all extra orders executed to satisfaction. I'm really excited. Clean, friendly staff AND I finally got the rainbow glass. It was worth the trip. :-)
